The company includes four business sectors: Pavilion Construction Department, Exhibition Department, Operation Department and Visitors Affairs Center; and three functional departments: Office, Human Resource Department and Financial Department. There are three subsidiaries: Shanghai World Expo Human Resources Development Center, Shanghai Expo Information Network Co., Ltd. and Shanghai World Expo Cultural Communications Co., Ltd.
